Senior Account Manager

Role Overview

We are Klever, The Human Ad Tech Company. We are looking for a skilled Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to our clients and deliver highly effective programmatic advertising solutions to unlock their full growth potential. The ideal candidate is a talented proposal crafter with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As part of the Account Management Team, you'll manage various communication channels and coordinate deliverables, ultimately driving revenue growth and building client loyalty through the delivery of exceptional campaign performance and customer experiences.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the VP of Ad Operations & Account Management in the development and mentorship of a high-performing Account Management team.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the sales team.

  • Manage the full client life-cycle, fostering long-term partnerships, exceeding performance goals, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Leverage your programmatic expertise to craft winning proposals that translate client needs into strategic solutions, maximizing ROI.

  • Develop data-driven recommendations to unlock client success by defining measurable metrics aligned with their goals and addressing their business challenges.

  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing by collaborating seamlessly across departments.

  • Nurture client relationships, balancing the needs of all stakeholders and maximize growth potential through outstanding customer servicing.

  • Liaise across clients and internal departments to ensure successful coordination of deliverables, efficient campaign execution, and performance optimization.

  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs with speed and accuracy.

  • Develop winning proposals that clearly articulate our unique value propositions and demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs.

  • Produce meaningful reports to demonstrate the impact of our solutions on client business objectives, using data and insights.

  • Proactively identify and communicate the ongoing value we deliver to clients, fostering deep partnerships and securing long-term client satisfaction.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 5-7 years of experience in programmatic account management. Agency experience (a plus).

  • Proven leadership in a programmatic environment (a plus).

  • Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.

  • Experience creating and executing media plans across programmatic channels (e.g. display, native, audio, CTV/OTT/OLV, YouTube, DOOH) using blocking charts.

  • Expertise in audience segmentation, online consumer behavior analysis, and building audience personas.

  • Hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360 & CM360 preferred).

  • Thrives in a fast-past environment with strong multitasking and deadline management skills.

  • Adapts quickly to new tools and the evolving media landscape.

  • Data-driven and analytical.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Digital marketing expertise with deep understanding of success metrics, attribution modeling and customer journey mapping.

  • Advanced reporting and visualization skills. Expert-level user of Excel or Google Sheets (a must).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (a must).

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms (a plus).

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution. Leverages emotional intelligence to build rapport and navigate complex relationships.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Bilingual Spanish/French (a plus).

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 3+ Years of Digital Experience: Preferably with a background in programmatic display, though a passion for digital marketing is what counts most.

Community Manager

Through carbon-neutral advertising, you achieve exceptional results responsibly, leaving a positive mark on both consumers and the planet.

The Community Manager will balance managing a growing office with connecting to a local community.  You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management
    Oversee the administration of the San Diego office including coordinating of vendors for cleaning, utilities, laundry and other related services. 
    Manage all aspects of the office including internet, meeting spaces, fobs, etc.

  • Community Building
    Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness.
    Host consistent open houses and workshops to engage with our target market.

  • Event Planning
    Organize and execute community events, such as webinars, meetups. 
    Provide timely social media content to our profiles and in-coordination with our manager.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience as a Community/Office Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our community.

  • Passion for building and growing online communities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with community management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
